By creating an account or using the Cyntelligence platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Service
Cyntelligence is a cyber threat intelligence platform that provides threat feed aggregation, vulnerability tracking, indicator of compromise correlation, attack surface monitoring, AI-powered analysis, and related security intelligence services. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features and functionality may change as we continue to develop the platform.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
Acceptable Use

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyntelligence and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
