Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Cyntelligence ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Cyntelligence platform and website (cyntelligence.app). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you use our platform:
- Account Information: Name, email address, organization name, and other details you provide during registration.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and other technical identifiers.
- Threat Intelligence Data: Data you submit for analysis, including indicators of compromise (IOCs), domain names, IP addresses, and file hashes.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Cyntelligence platform.
- Process and analyze threat intelligence data on your behalf.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our services and features.
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, and security notices.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and secure infrastructure practices. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we are committed to protecting your information to the highest standard.
Cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere — not on this website and not on the platform. This website (cyntelligence.app) sets no cookies at all. The platform (app.cyntelligence.app) sets only the following first-party cookies, each of which is either strictly necessary for the service to work or stores a preference you explicitly chose:
- session — keeps you signed in and protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; it expires with your session.
- locale — your interface language (English or Arabic). Set only when you use the language toggle, and kept for one year.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the sign-in page uses Cloudflare's Turnstile challenge to block automated traffic. Turnstile runs in its own frame and may set security cookies scoped to challenges.cloudflare.com, used solely to distinguish people from bots.
Display preferences such as the interface theme are stored in your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to us. Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary or user-requested, no cookie consent banner is required — there is nothing to opt out of. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for consent first and update this policy.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party infrastructure providers to operate our services — such as Cloudflare for DNS, TLS termination, and bot protection. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or payment services on this website or the platform. Infrastructure providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access and receive a copy of your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal requirements.
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.
